Nintius is optimized strictly for game files, static assets, and software bundles. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all local laws and restrictions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Uploading copyrighted content, commercial software, or pirated games for which you do not possess valid distribution rights.
• Uploading malware, spyware, exploits, or malicious code designed to compromise client games or servers.
• Using the storage directory as general backup space for personal files, archives, or high-volume video streaming.

Storage spaces are limited according to your active pricing plan. Attempting to bypass disk quotas, modify folder permissions outside your allotted directory, or abuse unmetered bandwidth via denial-of-service simulations will result in immediate account suspension.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". NINTIUS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING DATA RETENTION OR SERVICE UPTIME. WE STRONGLY ADVISE KEEPING LOCAL BACKUPS OF ALL GAME ASSETS UPLOADED TO NINTIUS.
